Connect your Zen

Use the right-side PROG port and a USB cable that supports data transfer. Click Connect Zen and select the device.

Program a script

Sign in to the Zenpire account used for your purchase. Click a memory slot and choose your unlocked script. Select additions, replacements or removals for any slots. Review & program writes the complete selection together. You can download a backup first. Keep the cable connected until every slot is verified.

Having trouble?

Zenpire checks any previous interrupted result automatically before programming. If a check fails, use Retry device check in the status window. This reads your Zen without programming it.

If no device appears, try a data cable and another USB port. If slots cannot load, close other Zen tools and reconnect. Current device support is firmware 2.3.2.

If your product is missing, open Purchase history & downloads or contact support about an earlier purchase. Click Try again in the library to refresh access. Customer previews are labeled; Return to real account leaves the preview. Connect Zen pairs the real device without changing User Mode. Buyer view can program your real Zen using your signed-in account’s verified purchases. New user and Visitor views are read only.

Saved backups & usage

A backup contains all eight slots, including their scripts and settings. Download a copy before deleting it. Starting a write uses one allowance, including an interrupted write. Device checks do not use programming allowances.

MEMORY SLOT

Choose your script

Selecting a slot or script does not change your Zen. Select your changes, then use Review & program to write them together. Keep the Zen connected until verification finishes.

Download a backup first?

Keep a copy of your current slots on your computer. Zenpire also saves a fresh backup before every write.

    Your Zen stays unchanged until you choose an option.

    Save your values before programming. They apply when you program the script.

    SAVED BACKUP RECOVERY

    Restore programming from your backup

    The previous removal left an unreadable slot. This recovery restores the remaining scripts from your saved backup and puts them together. Review the final slots below; nothing is written until you confirm.

      Zenpire first checks the device, slot information, settings and readable scripts against the saved attempt. The unread script will be restored from the backup. Any newer changes to that unread script will be replaced. The removed script stays removed. After a successful repair, select any further changes again using the updated slot numbers.

      This writes the reviewed layout to Zen and verifies every slot. Keep Zen connected. Cancel makes no device changes.
